Mountainside New Jersey Brick Wall Restoration.

This was a home in Mountainside New Jersey where we were tasked with removing years of white paint from the brick walls in the basements.

Philadelphia Mainline Mansion Restoration.

Here's a recent project we did where we removed 30,000 square feet of paint from both exterior stucco and marble surfaces. These photos give you the scope of the project which had more than 150 years of old paint on both stucco surface and around marble window surfaces. Atlantic Green Pro was tasked with removing the paint from the stucco and marble surfaces so that repairs could be made to the underlying surfaces.

As you can see there were extensive repair made to the base stucco surface over 150 years and we were tasked with removing everything so that it could be inspected and fix prior to the new surface coating was applied.

Philadelphia Mainline Estate Stone Fireplace Restoration.

Mainline Estate Stone Fireplace Restoration, this is the home where we were tasked with removing paint from stone fireplace. The home was undergoing a huge internal ronovation and Atlantic Green Pro was brought during the early part of the homes renovation.

New York City Soho district 5th floor Brick Wall Restoration.

The project was in the Soho section of New York City... Atlantic Green Pro was asked to remove white paint from a wall on the 5th floor of this building. As you can see this was potentially a very challenging project, but again we had a solution to pull it off even in this tough challenging environment.

Inside before: Atlantic Green Pro set-up a negitive air containment tent to contain everything withing the area where the surface restoration was taking place.
Brick wall after surface restoration: As you can see the completed wall exceded botyh the designer and her clients expatation and was a huge success.
 

Hopewell New Jersey Exterior Brick Wall Surface Restoration.

This is an old Chevorlet dealership in Hopewell NJ that our client was converting into an upscale organic market, Atlantic Green Pro was tasked with restoring the surfaces of the exterior brickwork on all 4 sides of the build, all without producing airborne contaminates.

Before This is the building as it looked when we arrived.
Before: As you can see the building was a mess. The bricks were stained and covered with over 80+ years of soot, dirt and grime as well as paint in places.
Before surface restoration Our client gutted out the building and then performed all the masonry modifications like new windows and doorways using the old bricks so everything would match. That's when Atlantic Green Pro came in and employed our wet abrasive blasting process which requires less set-up and containment... which means we can get in and out faster so your project , so you can keep things moving along.
After surface restoration This is the same front after Atlantic Green Pro restored the surface of the bricks with ourwet abrasive blasting process.
Project as it looks today This again is the same area with window and doors installed.

After surface restoration This again is the same area after we restored our Farrow wet abrasive blasting process which is super gentle to most any surface.

During the surface restoration process: Our wet abrasive process cleans brickwork up ... and did we say the process produces very little if any airborne contaminates.
After surface restoration process: As you can see our process cleans things up very nicely... almost like new again.
 
 

Hopewell New Jersey Brick and Stone Wall Restoration.

This is an old estate home with sections dating back more than 200 years. Our client is in the process of converted it in to a restaurant and Atlantic Green Pro was asked to come in and restore the brick and stone walls inside this building.

This is the exterior of a home undergoing conversion into a restaurent.

Before This is the basement which is being converted into a wine tasting room, the basement floor was lowered 5 feet and we were tasked with removing drylock waterproof sealer from the stone walls.

After: This is the area inside the basement where we performed the stone drylock sealer removal restoration.

Before: This is the large room which is being transformed into the bar, stone and brick work had years of paint and plaster, we were tasked with removing is so that the masons could do re-pointing.
After Same area as above photo, but with years of both paint and plaster removed, the plan is to keep the original brick and stone look.
Before: This is going to be an upstairs dining room. The walls were covered with plaster, whic was removed so that we could blast the brick and stone,
After: Same area as above, but showing the brick and stonework as it looked after blasting... we also did all the wood in this building as well.
 

New Jersey Home Brick Restoration.

We also do smaller brick and stone surface resteration projects, here's one where we were asked to come in and remove the white paint from the bricks.

Before: This was a home where the owner wanted the white paint removed back to the original brick color.

After: This is the same home after we removed the paint from the bricks.

 

New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Graffiti removal project Raritan State Park

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park is a beautiful park that borders a urban area. As with most urban areas graffiti is a huge challenge, Atlantic Green Pro removed the graffiti from the base of this 2 year old pedestrian bridge that crosses over Route 1 in Lawrenceville NJ.

here's one nobody appreicates. While watch the evening new one evening we saw a spot on where this cemetery was vandalize by graffiti and the city didn't have a solution on removing it. We knew right a way we could help them out and we volenteered our services.
